Stark County Adult Led Prevention (Community Impact Coalition) is an opportunity for young adults ages 18-24 in Stark County who are interested in connecting with mental health professionals and peers in a safe and supportive environment to explore the successes and barriers of young adulthood.
This group promotes mental health and wellness and provides sessions for young adults to both learn and share about how to feel supported and successful as they transition into adulthood. All meetings and events are free to anyone who attends. Attendees walk away each session with materials to help them achieve session goals.
Adult Led Prevention is partnering with Stark State College to provide a series of programs to benefit college-aged students titled
Figuring it out 101.
Meeting locations:
The group meets most Mondays at Stark State College, Room S201 through March 2025. From 3:30-4:30 p.m. is the informational session followed by a discussion from 4:30-5 p.m.
