Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health (C&A) is proud to celebrate 50 years of providing vital mental health services to Stark County’s youth. From our beginnings in a downtown Canton church to four offices offering specialized mental health care, this milestone reflects the dedication of our staff and the unwavering support of our community.
Chase Bryant’s journey is one of survival, redemption and rediscovery. After rising to fame with early success in country music, he found himself trapped in expectations, battling anxiety and depression that led him to a life-or-death moment. In a gas station parking lot, he pulled the trigger on a loaded revolver—only to realize a single empty chamber had spared his life. That moment became his turning point.
Determined to heal, Bryant sought therapy, stepped away from the industry and returned to his roots in Texas, where he reconnected with the music and life that once inspired him. He faced his demons head-on, learning to embrace his flaws, accept his past and move forward with purpose. No longer chasing fame or approval, he now lives with a newfound clarity, using his story to remind others that even in life’s darkest moments, hope is still possible. Bryant’s journey isn’t just a comeback—it’s a testament to the power of second chances and the strength it takes to truly find yourself.
