Audrey Noll is the chief operating officer of Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health (C&A). Noll has a deep commitment to making a tangible impact and being part of a collaborative environment focused on the behavioral and emotional health needs of our youth in the community.

Noll, who holds an MBA from Seton Hill University, is project management certified, risk management certified, and has an impressive background in operations, risk management and organizational development. Known for her love of tackling projects, she views challenges as opportunities for growth.
Prior to joining C&A, Audrey held senior roles at Risk International, Energy Harbor and FirstEnergy, where she led initiatives to streamline processes, improve operational efficiencies and build cross-functional teams to support organizational growth. Noll has a proven track record of driving results and supporting the business in scaling their impact and sustainability.
