Experience brings wisdom and knowledge brings growth is important advice C&A’s newest board member Doug Fernandez gives to individuals.
Fernandez, who grew up in Canton and graduated from McKinley Senior High School, went on to study business management at Baldwin-Wallace College. Fernandez, who will sit on the board’s human resources committee, is a personal banker/relationship manager for Key Bank.
An interesting fact about Fernandez, who is the father of two children, Doug, Jr. and Aubriella, said, “That I enjoy all forms of art! I appreciate the creativity.”
Fernandez enjoys working with the youth in Stark County in his spare time, which is why he accepted the board position at C&A. “I believe in the mission of helping our youth be the best version of themselves.” Fernandez is a youth football coach and mentor.
