Melissa Coultas is the Chief Executive Officer of Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health (C&A), passionately committed to enhancing youth mental health and building strong community partnerships. She views every C&A staff member, supporter and contributor as a "Mission Builder," highlighting the vital role of collaboration in creating lasting change for children and families. Under her leadership, C&A strives to be the premier resource for emotional and behavioral health services, empowering young people and their families to navigate life’s challenges successfully.
Before becoming CEO, she served as the chief advancement officer at C&A and as vice president of development at the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she achieved record fundraising results and partnership relations.
Coultas graduated cum laude from Kent State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is also a committed community leader, chairing The Women’s Fund at the Stark Community Foundation and serving on the Aultman Hospital Women’s Board. Additionally, she was a member of the 32nd Class of Leadership Stark County’s Signature Program.
Coultas lives in Jackson Township with her husband, Chris, and their daughter.
